OBSESSION WITH THE CONCESSION

”Home Office guidance in force as at 9 February 2021 further stated that, in order to benefit from a concession, it was necessary to provide a valid reason why the individual could not apply from outside the UK as a result of COVID-19.”

This would fail in court. UK Migration Lawyers, Kennedys Law and Garden Court know that it was not a requirement to provide a reason for the Covid-19 Concession. It was a requirement in order to prevent overstaying – the Exceptional Assurance Concession.
