KENNEDYS LAW – 27 September 2023
“As you ought to be aware, the date of an application is not necessarily the date the SSHD will begin to review the supporting documents. It is only after the biometrics have been enrolled that the SSHD begin the review. We refute your claim that the Home Office requires all supporting documentation at that time. Any documentation provided to the Home Office following enrolment of biometrics, is considered by them up to the date of a decision being made. It is not disputed that Miss Xxx requested additional supporting documents from your Client to support the application, they were not provided and therefore were requested again from your Client. The documents were not received, despite Mrs Xxx’s claim to the contrary. Our Client’s IT manager has conducted an extensive search of its systems to confirm the same.”
EMAIL FROM UK MIGRATION LAWYERS – 17 February 2021
”I confirm I have received the additional documents and will be uploading to the Home Office.”
”I appreciate that this is a very anxious time for you and your family at present, however there is nothing further that you can do apart from await a decision from the Home Office.”
COMMENT
93 documents were uploaded to Dropbox on 8 February 2021.

The Home Office deadline is 10 working days.

A selfie was sent to UK Migration Lawyers on 16 February 2021. It was never sent to the Home Office and that is the reason the biometrics appointment had to be scheduled.
The unaccountably late documents were requested by UK Migration Lawyers on 8 October – 240 days after the Home Office deadline. This email is contained in UK Migration Lawyers’ bloated 1,096 page subject data access request.
