OUR COMMENT
We agree – nothing would have changed the outcome. This felt like a professional catfish. It is impossible for an immigration solicitor to make this many mistakes.
When we asked whether the answer to “Was there a reason beyond your control why you did not apply before your visa or leave to remain expired?” should be yes, we were told “the answer to this question is no, however I have made the change requested.” Showed no interest – knew it would fail.
