”We note that in correspondence with the Home Office dated 23 February 2022 enclosed with your latest letter, your Client refers to experiencing “extreme hostility” from our Client “who other than letting us know that our application for a spouse visa was declined will not send us the relevant decision letter or let us know if we have the right to appeal”. This statement communicated by your Client to the Home Office misrepresents the position.
It was Mrs Xxx that was aggressive, hostile, and insulting to Miss Xxx during a telephone call on 21 February 2022.”
