KENNEDYS LAW – 6 July 2023

”Mrs Xxx, by way of email, instructed that her husband would not leave the UK, offering reasons in the strongest of terms.”

OUR COMMENTS

What was actually said – “I cannot afford to pay for my husband to live in another country.” As in dwell – permanently. This was after being told he had overstayed his visa – a complete fabrication as he had not overstayed at that time.

UK Migration Lawyers fully understand the word live – as per their website:

The Sponsor must be ‘Present and Settled’

That the sponsor (the partner resident in the UK) is entitled to live and work in the UK with no restrictions on their stay.”

Live in the UK or live in South Africa means the exact same thing.

Let’s play the same game.
