GARDEN COURT – 11 January 2024
“It is denied that the filing was “unaccountably late”. The documents were filed on this date because it was the date of the Claimant’s biometric appointment. It is normal practice for representatives to file representations and supporting documents when an applicant attends their biometric appointment, as the application will not be substantively considered before this time.”
