Completely incorrect – we uploaded all of our evidence to the Home Office on the same day after we submitted our first application. This is just another go to excuse – the same claim is made 239 days later.

“Discussed that the wage slips and bank statements were still outstanding and they must be sent to me. They sent them before – no technical difficulties meant I could not open all document but they are outstanding.”

239 days after confirming the documents were received and there was nothing further for us to do.
