”Our Client’s notes are recorded contemporaneously and are therefore the most accurate record of the conversations that took place, the advice given and instructions taken. It is notable that your Client has not, until now, made any allegation that the attendance notes and letters were not an accurate record. There was no mention in the initial Letter of Claim that your Client disputed the contents of our Client’s notes. Your Client has had a complete copy of the file since 7 June 2022 and yet, only now, following a review of our Client’s Letter of Response, has this been raised. Our Client’s advice, attendance notes, letters, emails, and subsequent responses to the complaint/claim, are accurate and entirely consistent.”
OUR COMMENTS
The attendance notes were, in places, so accurate that UK Migration Lawyers, Kennedys Law and Garden Court had to manipulate the English language as a cover up.

“I am currently converting the 1,096 pages that UK Migration Lawyers sent to me. They sent most of the pages as scanned pages and I am having to convert it to text using optical character recognition in order to be able to search to make sure they haven’t hidden anything.”
