OUR COMMENTS

Very sensible – ignore the Home Office coronavirus advice, turn the client into an overstayer while contemporaneously trying to protect him from being refused for overstaying.

Apply for Exceptional Assurance (under the Exceptional Assurance Concession) to prevent overstaying.
