”We would still have taken action against UKML if the application had been successful. The 10-year route is punitive and would never have been one we would agree to. UKML was contractually obligated to deliver the services in the Client Care Letter. We agreed on the 5-year route – had the refusal been relevant to this route, it would have been acceptable.”
