Weightmans ignored the request to draft an application as though it were 1 February 2021. Had they done this they would have identified that UK Migration Lawyers misrepresented the leave to remain date.
This is pivotal to the case and inexcusable that it was not identified upfront. We would have avoided the theatrics and the senseless arguments.
All of the lawyers involved are responsible for the escalating legal costs and the senseless time wasted.
