The vague “Covid-19 concession”, referred to in UK Migration Lawyers’ Client Care Letter, successfully distracted ‘highly paid and qualified’ solicitors and barristers. Instead of focusing on the law (Paragraphs 39E(5) and 39F of the Immigration Rules), the lawyers repeatedly quoted wording from the Family Life (as a partner) and Exceptional Circumstances guidelines for caseworkers.
Now that I have pinpointed the issue I am ready to work with legal firm number 4 (7 lawyers and £67,555.50 later).
I am publishing this blog to expose wrongdoing and incompetence. I am not interested in the etiquette that legal firms adopt to protect each other.
