KENNEDYS LAW – 6 JULY 2023
”It appears that the visit visa application was submitted to circumvent the immigration rules and to facilitate a swift entry to the UK. It is likely that this was taken into consideration by the Home Office when your Client submitted further applications and it may have negatively impacted the same.”
OUR FIRST APPLICATION

OUR EMAIL TO THE HOME OFFICE
“We were a little confused with regards to the process – my husband is currently on a visitor visa which is due to expire on 6 April, 2020. He has a plane ticket to fly to Israel on March 18, 2020 and will therefore need to take his passport with him (he will be staying with my stepson in Tel Aviv). Would you also please be kind enough to let me know whether it will be possible for you to send his visa to our UK address instead of South Africa if it is approved? I will fly to Israel to give it to my husband if he is granted the visa. If this is not possible are you able to send the visa to Israel if it is approved?”

OUR COMMENTS
We were not the only people who accidentally applied for the wrong visa. We were too law-abiding – we applied too soon.
